Cancellation/Refund Policy
In case, the order has not been shipped:
Any order that has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount paid by you would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account within 7-15 working days from your prior notice of cancellation.
In case, the order was damaged or incorrect when you received:
We accept returns in case your order was damaged or an incorrect product has been shipped. To initiate the process, make sure to send photos of the damaged/incorrect product within 48 hours of receiving the product.

In case of return, we offer 2-days no questions asked refund policy for all our products.
Terms & conditions:
- The product should not be broken and must have at least 90% or more product inside.
- You can claim the refund within 48 hours of receiving the product or opt for a 3-months supply which will be equivalent to 2 products.
- You must return the product first to get the due refund.
- Shipping and return costs will not be covered by the brand.
- An email with photos & unboxing video of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within 48 hours so that we can process your request.
