Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Uniqaya expects that you need not have to return or cancel any of our products. But at the same time, we understand you and will be there to help you whenever you do so due to unsure circumstances. It’s our duty to explain to you briefly about our cancellation and return policy for your easiness.

In case, the order has not been shipped:

Any order that has not been shipped can be canceled partially or fully. The amount paid by you would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account within 7-15 working days from your prior notice of cancellation.

In case, the order was damaged when you received:

Though we take utmost care while packaging our products so that they reach you safely yet tragedy can happen anytime. However, due to some accidents beyond our control, the items delivered might be damaged in transit. We would be happy to replace or cancel your order in such a circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage within 7-15 working days of receiving your order.

In case, the products which are opened and sealed packed:

We offer 20-25 working days return guarantee to all products shipped provided that they are unused and sealed in the same condition as received by you. But ensure that neither the shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
Note: We do not offer product return once it has been opened.

In case, of any other reason for cancellation and refund, it will be handled on a case to case basis.
