How long does it take for delivery?
Uniqaya’s delivery time usually depends on your location, but most
orders within India are delivered in 2-3 business days.
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation with a
tracking ID so you can monitor your shipment in real time. Deliveries to Remote areas often take around 3-5 business days due to courier service availability.
Uniqaya also ensures products are packed securely to reach you fresh
and undamaged, so your skincare arrives ready to use.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order with Uniqaya, you’ll immediately receive an
order confirmation message on Whatsapp with all the details,
your order number, product list, and total amount.
This confirmation means your order has been successfully placed and is
now being processed. For prepaid orders, the confirmation will also
indicate successful payment, while for COD orders, it confirms that
your booking is locked in.
From there, you’ll also get updates when your order is shipped, along
with a tracking ID so you can follow it until it reaches your
doorstep.
Can I track my order?

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product from
Uniqaya, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
Simply reach out to our customer care team within the return/exchange
window, sharing your
order details and clear photos or videos of the product and
packaging. This helps us verify the issue quickly. Once confirmed,
we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per your
preference.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
